It may also consist of the formation of embankments in selected fill areas or in undercut areas with Selected Borrow Materials. Excavation and the formation of embankments shall be performed as generally shown on the plans. Excavation for pipelines, structures, etc., is not excavation as defined in this specification and is not paid for separately
