Reference number : 1499122 Review Title : Paving various streets Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2021-06-21 Electronic submission accepted: No The municipality of Val-Joli wishes to obtain bids for the paving work of various streets over a total distance of 1,601 meters. Interested companies or persons must obtain the tender documents through the electronic tendering system at the website from June 11, 2021 . The submissions will be tabled with the Council at a subsequent meeting. Any submission received after the time and date specified above will be rejected. All tenders must be accompanied by a tender bond, the amount of which is equal to 10% of the total amount of the tender excluding applicable taxes, valid for a period of one hundred and twenty (120) days. The Municipality does not undertake to accept either the lowest bid or any of the bids received, and it declines all responsibility with regard to any of the bidders in the event of rejection of all bids. This call for tenders and the awarding of the contract are conditional on obtaining the loan by-law from the Ministry of Municipal Affairs and Housing.
