Sarpy County is seeking proposals for Parking Lot Repairs for Sarpy County - Werner Park located at 12356 Ballpark Way, Papillion, NE 68046. This request for proposals is divided into three (3) optional bid items. Sarpy County reserves the right to award the bid for any option and to multiple vendors based on option. The vendor acknowledges he/she is familiar with the site and local conditions affecting the cost of the work. The successful Vendor shall be required to furnish a performance bond, and said bond shall be in the amount of 100% of the total amount of the bid, written by a surety licensed to do business in the State of Nebraska. Said performance bond shall be provided to the Sarpy County Clerk within ten (10) days after execution of the contract documents by all parties. Bond may be secured through the Vendor's usual sources. Requests for information and clarification questions must be received by June 18, 2021 at 12:00 p.m. in order for Sarpy County to have time to issue an addendum. All proposals submitted shall be valid for a period of sixty (60) days following the final date for submission of proposals. The proposal shall include all charges and applicable taxes, F.O.B., various locations, Sarpy County, Nebraska. The Vendor need not include sales tax in the proposal. Sarpy County will, upon request, furnish the successful Vendor with a completed State of Nebraska Tax Exempt Form 13 upon acceptance of the successful Vendor's proposal.
