The Contract Time for this project is three hundred sixty-five (365) consecutive calendar days from the effective date of the written Notice to Proceed to achieve Final Acceptance. Liquidated damages will be assessed if this time limit is exceeded. To Pre-qualify With the Department and to Construct Class "a" Sewer Line Projects, Each Prospective Bidder Must Furnish Written Evidence of Competency and Evidence of Financial Responsibility to the County. Accordingly, the County Will Not Accept Pre-qualifications After June 25, 2021. Bid Proposal Forms Will Not Be Issued to Prospective Bidders Who Do Not Pre-qualify.
