The project consists of providing labor, materials, equipment, and additional services to complete finish grading and drainage, earthwork, for new asphalt paving on all four sides. Installation of concrete work, single curb, vertical curb & gutter, valley gutter, sidewalks, catch basin, streetlights, fencing, bumper stops, pavement marking, signage & striping, designated handicap parking and stalls, catch basin, CMU Site wall, wheel stops, trash enclosure, drainage ditch & riprap, and other Site Improvements accordingly to scope of work. This invitation is open to all qualified construction firms, but preference will be given to qualified Navajo owned general contractors in accordance with the Navajo Procurement Code and the Navajo Business Opportunity Act. Bids received after the specified time will be returned unopened. The Division of Economic Development reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and to waive any informality whenever such rejection or waiver is deemed in the best interest of the Navajo Nation. No bidder may withdraw his bid for a period of 45 days after the date of opening thereof without the consent of the Owner.
