For RFQ D/B - Alaska North Main Terminal Redevelopment Project - Project Manager Baggage Improvements The purpose of this Request for Qualifications is to select the best-qualified individual, firm, or team to provide project management with design-build experience and installation experience delivering upgrades and modifications to an existing airport baggage handling (B.H.S.) system. The ideal candidates will be responsible for representing Alaska Airlines in planning, coordinating, implementing, or overseeing the design-build portion of the B.H.S. system of the N.M.T.R.Project. They will also effectively monitor and present project updates to Alaska Airlines, the Port, and the project team. The candidate location is flexible but will need to be on-site, full time during the construction activation phase of the project. Owner may reject Consultant's proposal for any reason whatsoever. Consultant's portion of the Project shall be the scope of work set out in Section 4 above. b. Consultant agrees to revise, change, or amend the plans, specifications, reports, and documents it prepares when requested by Owner, if such revisions are not outside the agreed scope of work. c.
