It is the Owner's intention to select Design Consultants for assessment of six (6) existing elementary schools. The intent of project award will be on an individual project basis. Selected firms will be assigned a maximum of two schools. There is no guarantee implied, or otherwise that the selected firms will be awarded a future contract to implement the recommendations contained in the final report. This RFQ is for the Assessment of six (6) existing elementary schools. 3. Project List a. Briarcliff Elementary School b. Lockhart Elementary School c. Adams Elementary School d. Architectural firms selected for interview will be notified on Friday, July 9, 2021. Interviews will be conducted via video conference on Wednesday, July 21, 2021. Video conference information will be provided once firms are notified. Approved selections will be announced after the committee completes their work. Questions regarding this RFQ must be submitted before 5:00 PM, Friday, June 18, 2021 via email to Mina Morkos, mmorkos@wcpss.net . All questions will be answered and posted on our website by the end of the day Monday, June 21, 2021. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
