Pogue Construction, as Construction Manager at Risk, will receive bids for construction subcontracts for three (3) Lewisville ISD projects. The projects bidding are as follows: (1) Lewisville High School Fine Arts Addition and Renovations; (2) Lewisville ISD Eastside Aquatic Center Parking Renovations; and (3) Lewisville ISD Distribution Center Renovations. All bids received after this time will not be accepted. Bids shall be on a lump sum basis and include with them the appropriate bid packages and proposal forms. Pogue Construction reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, to waive technicalities, to advertise for new proposals, or proceed to do the work by other means, when in the best interests of Lewisville ISD and Pogue Construction.
