Site work and paving for a road / highway in San Anselmo, California. Working plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.

**As of August 24, 2021, bids were rejected for being over budget, but will be rescoped and bid again in December or January. The work to be performed under this contract consists of, but is not limited to: clearing and grubbing, removal of existing pavement markings, slurry seal application, pavement delineation, traffic control, water pollution control and ancillary work on various streets in San Anselmo as shown on the project plans. ENGINEER'S COST ESTIMATE: $240,000 NUMBER OF WORKING DAYS: 30 LIQUIDATED DAMAGES: $2,900 The Contractor hereby agrees to furnish all of the resources and activities, materials, equipment and labor necessary, and to complete all of the work shown on the plans and described in the specifications for the project entitled: 2021 SLURRY SEAL PROJECT, Project No. 2021SS, all in accordance with the requirements and provisions of the Contract Documents as defined in the Special Provisions which are hereby made a part of this Agreement. The liability insurance provided to Town by Contractor under this contract shall be primary and excess of any other insurance available to the Town.
