Only bidders prequalified pursuant to RFPA 2020-001 and who are currently on the active roofers prequalification list will be permitted to submit a bid. The LCBO solicits offers on the attached Bid Form for the replacement of BUR roofs for seven (7) LCBO store locations as outlined in section 1.01 Project. The roofs consist of various sizes. The roof at LCBO 364 is approximately 3,020 square feet (sq. ft.), the roof at store 003 is approximately 4,860 sq. ft., the roof at store 350 is approximately 2,880 sq. ft., the roof at store 435 is approximately 2,400 sq. ft., the roof at store 262 is approximately 3,200 sq. ft, the roof at store 354 is approximately 4,012 sq. ft. and the roof at store 330 is approximately 3,249 sq. ft. The total combined approximate square footage of roof replacement required is 23,621, as described in the Bid Documents.
