As of April 6, 2022, project was awarded to T. A. Schifsky & Sons, Inc, awarded amount is $723,640.53. Plymouth Creek Park-Parking Lot Reconst. NTI Project No. 20.MSP.11328.000 proposal must have with it a certified check or bid bond payable to the City of Plymouth in the amount of five [5] percent of the bid as a guarantee the bidder will enter into a contract with the City of Plymouth in accordance with the terms of the bid, in case the bidder is awarded the contract.
