Division 1 consists of construction of approximately 225,000 cubic yards of open ditch excavation, approximately 442 stations of spoil bank leveling, riprap stabilization placement, repairs to surface drain pipes and tile extension pipes, and all other miscellaneous items related thereto. Division 2, Alternate 1 consists of approximately 442 stations of conventional open ditch seeding and fertilizing. Division 2, Alternate 2 consists of approximately 442 stations of open ditch hydraulic seeding, fertilizing, and mulching. Division 2, Alternate 3 consists of approximately 442 stations of conventional open ditch seeding and fertilizing, and placement of approximately 175,000 square yards of erosion control blankets. Division 3 consists of construction of approximately 50,000 cubic yards of open ditch excavation, approximately 157 stations of spoil bank leveling, riprap stabilization placement, repairs to surface drain pipes and tile extension pipes, and all other miscellaneous items related thereto. Division 4, Alternate 1 consists of approximately 157 stations of conventional open ditch seeding and fertilizing. Division 4, Alternate 2 consists of approximately 157 stations of open ditch hydraulic seeding, fertilizing, and mulching. Division 4, Alternate 3 consists of approximately 157 stations of conventional open ditch seeding and fertilizing, and placement of approximately 62,800 square yards of erosion control blankets.
