The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and waive any irregularities. The work included under these Specifications consists of furnishing all items, materials, operations, or methods listed, mentioned, indicated, or scheduled on the drawings and/or in these Specifications, including all labor, materials, equipment, transportation, temporary facilities, services and incidental necessary and required for the construction and completion of the project named in the title page in accordance with contract documents.
