Renovation of a clubhouse / community center in Tampa, Florida. Completed plans call for the renovation of a clubhouse / community center.
The Hillsborough County Capital Programs Department requires a qualified Contractor to provide work under this contract consisting of removing and replacing the existing insultation and roofing system on the 28th story of County Center with a new built-up fully adhered modified bitumen system with a minimum of 20 year, no-dollar-limit weathertightness warranty; removing unused equipment and equipment curbs; reflashing any existing roof penetrations; and adjusting and replacing roof drains. Work also includes removing and replacing the four (4) existing building pressurization fans located on the 28th story roof and adding new fan roof curbs to accommodate the new roof system in accordance with the attached special conditions, technical specifications and plans.
