This ITB is for General Contracting services regarding the replacement of the existing 2.7 MW standby/emergency generator that provides backup power to FAB, Engineering Building and the City Tower. Including the replacement of the FAB roof and a portion of the City Tower roof. FAB sits on the east side of 4th Avenue with Harrison Street bounding the structure to its north. It consists of two levels above ground, a lower level below street level, and two additional underground levels of parking. FAB is connected to EB via its underground level. Separating FAB and the EB on the ground level is the seven-story City Tower that houses the City of Portland's Office of Planning and Development Review, Permit Center and Record Center It is the responsibility of each participating bidder to refer daily to Equity Hub's Bid Locker (Bid Locker) website to check for any available amendments or addenda, responses to inquiries and/or questions, cancellations, or notices of intent to award, and any and all additional information regarding this opportunity.
