Quotes are being solicited for Refrigerant Gas - Freon that will result in a 1-year purchase order. These goods will be ordered on an as-needed basis during the term of the contract. Questions are submitted online No General Requirements - FOB Destination Award Requirements - Reserve Rights to Award by Line Item Please download and read all the attached documents. Complete and submit the Solicitation For Quotes for Refrigerant-Gas Freon. Complete and submit the Appendix A - Price Sheet (please enter the unit price and extended price for each item or enter "N/A" if not bidding on a particular line item). Complete and submit the Ethics Form and W-9 Form. All forms must be completed in their entirety. Late bids are not accepted.
