Reference number : 1501002 Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2021-06-28 Electronic submission accepted: No SUBMISSION AND CONTRACT GUARANTEE The general contractor must include in his bid: A certified check drawn on a Canadian chartered bank, a savings bank, a credit union doing business in Quebec and payable in the name of the City of Vaudreuil-Dorion or a bid bond issued by a company insurance of a sum of ten percent (10%) of the total of the tender. The tender guarantee must be valid for ninety (90) days. A letter of intent issued by an insurance company confirming that if the contract is granted and accepted, it will issue in favor of the City of Vaudreuil-Dorion a performance bond and a surety bond for pledges, materials and services, each for fifty percent (50%) of the company contract and / or the issuance of guarantees in accordance with the examples attached to the tender document. The surety must waive the benefit of discussion. This call for tenders is subject to the Trade and Cooperation Agreement between Quebec and Ontario (ACCQO) and the Agreement for the Liberalization of Public Markets in Quebec and New Brunswick (AQNB). AWARD The City of Vaudreuil-Dorion does not undertake to accept either the lowest or any of the tenders received, nor to incur any costs or any obligation of any kind towards the tenderer (s).
