Site work for a civil project in Creston, Iowa. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; and bridge / tunnel.
The extent of the WORK involved consists generally of: DIVISION 2: WATER TRANSMISSION MAIN IMPROVEMENTS: Furnish all labor, materials, equipment and incidentals for the construction of a complete and operating water transmission main between the new SIRWA Water Treatment Plant, the new Elevated Storage Tank, and existing water transmission mains all located in Union County, Iowa, including but not limited to the following items of work and approximate quantities: 445 LF of encased Highway crossing, 200 LF of encased Railroad crossing, 1,240 LF of encased Airport crossing, 3,110 LF of 24" directionally bored piping, 17,852 LF of 24" trenched piping, 3,090 LF of 20" directionally bored piping, 22,217 LF of 20" trenched piping, 380 LF of 16" directionally bored piping, 1,220 LF of 16" trenched piping, 60 LF of 10" trenched piping, 25 LF of 8" trenched piping, 50 LF of 6" trenched piping, surfacing replacement, seeding, culvert and field tile replacement, 15 butterfly valves, 9 gate valves, air release stations, flushing hydrants, gabion letdown structure, petroleum transmission main crossings, sitework, cleanup, testing, and miscellaneous associated work.
