Construction of a multi-use pathway along the west side of S. Santa Fe Drive between Jewell Ave. & Florida Ave. Deadline to Submit Questions: July 7, 2021 at 3:00 p.m., local time. Please submit questions to DOTI.Procurement@denvergov.org. Each bidder must be prequalified in category 1A. Heavy Civil at or above the $3,000,000.00 monetary level. Estimated Value: Between $1,850,000 and $2,250,000.00 *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. TERMS OF PERFORMANCE The Contractor agrees to undertake the performance of the Work under this Contract within ten (10) days after being notified to commence work by issuance of a Notice to Proceed in ubstantially the form contained herein fromthe Manager and agrees to fully complete said Work within 150 (One Hundred Fifty) consecutive calendar days from the effective date of said Notice
