Saving Project...

Site work and paving for a road / highway in Roseto, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.

Work to include milling of approximately 730 square yards, 130 tons of leving course and 1,500 square yards of bituminous wearing course. (McKinley Street 420 SY milling, 80 tons leveling, 1,480 SY wearing - Franklin Street 310 SY milling, 50 tons leveling, 1,020 SY wearing). Each BID, when submitted must be accompanied by a Bid Bond which shall not be less than ten percent (10%) of the amount of the BID. Contractors shall be required to conform to the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Law. The Borough of Roseto does not discriminate based on race, color, nation origin, sex, religion, age, disability or familial status in employment or the provision of services. The Borough of Roseto is an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer. The successful Bidder will be required to furnish and pay for a satisfactory Performance Bond, Maintenance Bond, and a Labor and Material Payment Bond. The Borough of Roseto reserves the right to rejct all bids, increase or decrease any item or items, to delete any item or items, and/or waive informalities in the Bidding. BIDS may be held by OWNER for a period of not to exceed sixty (60) days from the date of the opening of BIDS for the purpose of reviewing and investigating the qualifications of Bidders, prior to awarding of the CONTRACT.
