Participants must receive approval from CS/CO to participate in site visit. Participants showing up without prior approval will not be permitted to attend the site visit. Participants must adhere to the L4 - FAA Mask Mandate attached to this amendment. Mask covering is required inside and outside of the FAA facility during the site visit. All questions regarding the site visit must be submitted in writing according to the SIR's instruction in clause L.5 Solicitation Questions. The FAA assumes no responsibility for any conclusions or interpretations made by the contractor based on the information received by any means other than in writing from the Contracting Officer. The FAA does not assume responsibility for any understanding reached or representation made concerning conditions, which can affect the work, by any of its officers or agents before the execution of this contract, unless that understanding or representation is expressly stated in the contract. The Contractor must field verify the existing project conditions prior to the preparation of submittals to include all shop drawings. L.8 SUBMITTALS The Contractor must submit a scaffold plan in compliance with OSHA standards. In the event the Contractor requires the use of a swing stage, the Contractor must be responsible for providing anchor certifications. L.9 MAGNITUDE OF CONSTRUCTION The estimated magnitude of construction is between $300,000 and $600,000 *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
