Site work, paving and renovation of a mixed-use development in Council Bluffs, Iowa. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility; for site work for a educational facility; for paving for a educational facility; playground / park / athletic field; playground / park / athletic field; playground / park / athletic field; and water / sewer project.
The Work includes improvements to the existing baseball and softball field areas as well as the plaza between the two at the athletic complex on the Council Bluffs campus of Iowa Western. Materials include but are not limited to concrete foundations, concrete slabs, masonry walls, wood roof framing, hollow metal doors and frames, standing seam metal roofing and dugout furnishings. Site work consists of but is not limited to grading, rock base, synthetic turf, storm sewer, outfield walls, chain link fencing, backstops, dugouts, paving, and landscaping. All testing and special inspections shall be provided by and paid for by the Contractor.
