Site work and new construction of a municipal facility in Tallahassee, Florida. Design plans call for the construction of a municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.
The City of Tallahassee (City) is requesting Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from design firms capable of providing architectural and engineering services associated with the planning and design of a new Construction and Operations facility for the Citys Underground Utilities and Public Infrastructure (UUPI) Department. The Construction and Operations facility will be located at the Citys Jackson Bluff Municipal Complex in Tallahassee, Florida. The anticipated occupancy date for this new building is no later than 2024. This SOQ also seeks professional architectural and engineering services associated with the demolition and potential redevelopment of the City-owned former Rose Printing Building located at 2503 Jackson Bluff Road. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
