It is the intent of the City of Brownsville, Texas to solicit sealed competitive bids for the Construction of The Southmost Nature Trail Phase II Invitation for Bid for the Southmost Nature Trail. The project consists of 3731.13 linear feet (0.701 miles) nature trail beginning at Brownsville Public Library located on Manzano Road and terminating at the proposed La Posada Nature Area. All requests for approved equals, modifications or clarifications must be received in writing, no later than Monday, November 8, 2021 2:00 P.M CT, to Mr. Antonio Caldwell, Assistant Director, City of Brownsville, City Hall 1001 E.
