Summary of the project and the work to be carried out The work to be performed includes several interventions to bring the building's central tower up to standard as specified in the architectural and electrical plans and specifications, in particular, without being limited to: Installation of a lightning rod system; Painting of metal works; Painting of walls; Replacement and repair of doors and hardware; Installation and repair of guardrails; Replacement of stair treads. Penalty: $ 5,000 See additional conditions CG.71.2 - PENALTY - DAMAGE OR DESTRUCTION OF THE FALK NEST 'The peregrine falcon being an endangered species, the University participates in the protection of the species on its campus.
