**As of July 29, 2021, this project has been awarded to GoreCon Inc., in the amount of $83,715.05. For furnishing all labor, materials and equipment necessary for: 2021 Wilson BoroughRoad Program . The bids must be made on the online forms furnished by the Owner and the bids must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the bid, made payable to the Owner. All bids must be accompanied by a Suretys Consent. Said surety to be licensed to conduct business in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. The successful bidder shall be bound to furnish and pay for a Performance Bond and a Labor (Public Works Contractors Bond Law of 1967, P.L. 869, 8 P.S. 191 et seq) & Material Payment Bond in an amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the contract price, and a Maintenance Bond in an amount equal to fifteen percent (15%) of the contract price, on bond forms acceptable to the Owner.
