The City of South San Francisco (CITY) is soliciting Cost Proposals from qualified Consulting Firms (FIRM) to provide Consulting services necessary for building envelope and waterproofing testing and inspection services for the Library, Parks & Recreation and Community Theater/Council Chamber (LPR) project. Scope of Services & Responsibilities: A general description of the requirements for services is contained in this Request for Proposals. The scope of this RFP includes all labor, material, tools, equipment, research, investigation, planning, coordination, management, services, reporting, collaboration, meeting editing and the like necessary to complete building envelope inspection, roofing, waterproofing and material testing services for the LPR project for the City of South San Francisco. Final reports must be submitted for approval to the Construction Manager (CM) and the Architect for their review and approval.
