Demolition, site work, renovation and addition to an educational facility in Laval, Quebec. Working plans call for the addition of a 37,000-square-foot, one-story above grade, 12-room, 288-seat educational facility; for the demolition of a educational facility; for the renovation of a 12,000-square-foot, one-story above grade educational facility; and for site work for a educational facility.

Construction program relating to two pavilions (North and South) of the of the Raymond elementary school. The scope of the project includes the demolition of the North pavilion which is considered dilapidated and its reconstruction with an addition of 4 classes. The new 1-storey 3,421 m2 building will be annexed to the South pavilion and will house seven elementary and five pre-school education classrooms for 288 students. The scope of the project also includes the renovation of the existing South pavilion areas. TIMELINE: Working drawings are being prepared by the professional consulting team by packages. The owner has not received bids for first construction package tender 2021/22-242 relating to the preparatory work and cancelled it. Subsequent tenders for package contractors are anticipated starting late summer/fall 2022.
