Saving Project...

Site work and renovation of a civil project in Great Neck, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.

Each proposal submitted must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond, made payable to the Manhasset Lakeville Water District , in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the total amount of the bid, as a commitment by the bidder that, if its bid is accepted, it will enter into a contract to perform the work and will execute such further security as may be required for the faithful performance of the contract. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive any informalities and to accept such bid which, in the opinion of the Owner, is in the best interests of the Owner. Any bidder requiring documents to be shipped shall make arrangements with the printer and pay for all packaging and shipping costs. H2M Project No.: MLWD2004 The CONTRATOR shall furnish all plant, labor, material, supplies, equipment and other facilities and things necessary or proper for or incidental to the work contemplated by this Contract as required by, and in strict accordance with, the applicable plans, specifications and addenda prepared by the ENGINEER and/or required by, and in strict accordance with, such changes as are ordered and approved pursuant to this Contract, and will perform all other obligations imposed on him by this Contract. The deadline for RFIs/questions is July 16th
