Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Aberdeen, South Dakota. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
As of August 2, 2021, this project has been awarded B&B Contracting Inc. but the awarded amount is not yet available. The completion date of this project is sometime in October, 2021. The Project consists of constructing an asphalt recreational trail at Baird Park. This work shall include shaping, and compacting existing subgrade, asphalt, wooden boardwalk and other miscellaneous items. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract for the Base Bid plus additional Alternate Bid Schedule if within budget. Bids shall be on a lump sum and unit price basis, as indicated in the Bid Form. The date that the Bidding Documents are transmitted by the Issuing Office will be considered the Bidders date of receipt of the Bidding Documents. Partial sets of the Bidding Documents will not be available from the Issuing Office. Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. Bidder agrees that the Work will be substantially complete on or before September 17, 2021, and will be completed and ready for final payment in accordance with Paragraph 15.06 of the General Conditions on or before September 24, 2021.
