Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Corpus Christi, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; and for paving for a bridge / tunnel.
**As of July 23, 2021, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award has not yet been established. New construction of a pedestrian bridge and multi use trail at the Del Mar College South Campus located at Rodd Field Rd. and Yorktown Blvd. The project consists of construction of 1,400 LF of 10' wide concrete multi-use trail and pedestrian bridge. The installation of the trail will disturb a strip +-30' feet wide for the length of the trail (or approximately 1.0 acres). Project Location: The trail will be installed approximately 3,280' feet northwest of the Rodd Field Road/Yorktown Blvd., intersection in Corpus Christi, Texas. This specification shall govern for all work necessary to complete the clearing, grubbing and stripping as indicated by the drawings and as specified herein and shall include removing and disposing of all trees, stumps, brush, roots, logs, vegetation, rubbish and other objectionable matter from the project area.
