Renovation of a municipal facility in Cohocton, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 4,208-square-foot, one-story above grade municipal facility.
Steuben County desires to renovate existing Highway Garage building located at our Cohocton New York Highway facility. The Garage building was damaged in a fire. The project involves General Construction, and Plumbing, Electrical, and HVAC work in one contract. The Public Works Committee of Steuben County Legislature and the Commissioner of Public Works will receive competitive sealed bids for Cohocton Highway Shop Reconstruction; document #GC-21-013-B. Steuben County reserves as its right; the right to accept or reject any and all bids (or separable portions thereof), the right to waive irregularities and technicalities, and the right to request resubmittal of bids (re-bid). The budget amount for this project is between $400,000 and $500,000 *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
