The City of Bismarck intends to contract with a single consultant for all phases of work and execute one cost plus fixed fee contract requiring monthly billings with the selected firm to complete Phase I and II. The City of Bismarck reserves the right to assign work in phases. Project work items may be added or removed from the contract by work authorization or supplementary agreement.
