Saving Project...

Site work and paving for a road / highway in Nazareth, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.

Bids are anticipated to be awarded at approximately 7:00 P.M., Wednesday, July 14, 2021 at the regular monthly meeting of the Board of Supervisors, to be held at the Plainfield Township Municipal Building, which is located at 6292 Sullivan Trail, Nazareth, PA 18064. Proposals must be accompanied by a Certified Check or Bid Bond in the amount of Ten Percent (10%) of the Bid. The successful Bidder must provide a Performance Bond and a Payment Bond both in the amount of one-hundred percent (100%) of the total cost of the Contract award within fifteen (15) days of the award of the Contract. Bidders are required to comply with the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act of 1961, P.L., 987, No. 442, where the estimated cost of the total project is in excess of twenty-five thousand dollars ($25,000). Quantities are approximate and may be increased or decreased at the discretion of the Township. The maximum quantity of services which the Township will be obligated to purchase under this contract is the actual hours of services ordered, delivered, or received and accepted on purchase orders. The Plainfield Township Board of Supervisors reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
