Saving Project...

Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Wichita, Kansas. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

A Bid Bond in the Amount of Five Percent (5%) of the Total Bid or an Annual Bid Bond Is Required Prior to Bid Opening. The Contractor shall read and fully comprehend every aspect of the contract provisions included in this bid proposal, prior to submitting a bid for the project. Any questions prior to bid submittal should be directed to Shawn Mellies, P.E., Project Engineer, at (316) 268-4632 or smellies@wichita.gov. All work on the project except landscaping shall be completed by September 15, 2021 and the seeding/sodding shall be completed by October 31, 2021. Two-way traffic shall be maintained at all times on 13th Street. Access to all businesses shall be maintained at all times. Working days will be charged as provided for in the Standard Specifications, once the work order is issued. Liquidated damages in the amount described in the Standard Specifications shall be apply to all dates listed above. The non-availability of material shall not prevent working days from being assessed.
