The face of the envelope shall be addressed as follows: Town Clerk Town of Jupiter 210 Military Trail Jupiter, FL 33458 July 20th, 2021 at 2:00 pm Juno Street Stormwater (SW) Pump Station (S1606A) The nature and scope of this project is: The work associated with the JUNO STREET STORMWATER PUMP STATION project will generally consist of the following: Installation of approximately 700 lf of 48-inch RCP storm drain, 225 lf of 36-inch storm drain, and 11 stormwater catch basins / manholes. Installation of approximately 125 lf of 36-inch DIP storm drain installed within 108 lf of 48-inch steel casing installed by jacking and boring or microtunneling beneath the FEC Railway right-of-way. Installation of eleven stormwater manhole structures. Construction of an approximate 47 cubic foot per second (CFS) capacity stormwater pump station, stormwater filtration and bypass structure, effluent structure, landscaping, and sitework. Construction of associated electrical improvements including fenced electrical pad with pump station control panel, automatic transfer switch, remote telemetry unit, radio antennae, electrical pullboxes, conduit, wiring, grounding system, and coordination for metered connection to Florida Power and Light (FPL) pole mounted transformer. Construction of a conflict/outlet structure and two 36-inch RCP outfall pipes to the FEC canal/intracoastal waterway, including concrete slab with curb and root barrier, end wall, manatee grates and riprap. Full restoration of the impacted right-of-way including asphalt trench repair, milling and replacing asphalt, sidewalk, curbing, and driveway replacement. Relocation, abandonment and deflection of existing utilities and dewatering as necessary for installation of new pipe and structures. Maintenance of traffic in accordance with Town and FDOT requirements. Construction sequencing to maintain water service, sewer service, storm drainage and accessibility to businesses at all times.
