Site work for a playground / park / athletic field in Rockledge, Florida. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.
Brevard County Purchasing Services, on behalf of the Parks and Recreation Department - Central Area, is soliciting quotes for the resurfacing of four (4) tennis courts at McKnight Park. o Court size is 110' (one hundred-ten feet) by 110' (one hundred-ten feet) a total of four (4) tennis courts. o Full removal of the 3" to 4" layer of old clay material will be removed the tennis courts. Contractor is responsible for proper removal and off-site disposal. o Clay will be replaced with new green clay material between forty (40) to fifty (50) tons of material. o All surfaces will be laser graded, rolled/tamped into place with new green clay material. o Current irrigation will stay in place for the clay court surface. o All fencing for the tennis court renovations will remain in place and only a section will be removed for equipment access. Brevard County will remove the section of fence and put it back when done. o All old-line tape will be removed and new added for each of the 4 court surfaces. o All court posts will be removed and new added prior to new material being placed. A total of eight posts will be replaced. o All new netting will be added by the contractor.
