Q & A deadline: Jul 01, 2021 7:00:00 PM EDT Maricopa County Department of Transportation (MCDOT) intends to award multiple contracts for the provision of roadway landscape maintenance services along Maricopa County (County) maintained/owned roadways. This will include regularly scheduled maintenance of the Northern Parkway from 1/4 mile west of Dysart Road to 115th Avenue and other ad hoc requests as needed. Task orders will be issued and awarded based on meeting task requirements and overall lowest cost to county. NOTE: The following documents must be submitted with bid offering- Attachment A- Downloadable document in Periscope. Attachment B-Located in solicitation packet Attachment C-Located in solicitation packet. Attachment D-Is a downloadable excel spreadsheet in Periscope. If participating in non-mandatory pre-bid, please have access to solicitation document as this is what we will be reviewing. Task Orders: The Department of Transportation (MCDOT) intends to purchase services and will award to vendors who are currently awarded on contract. EVALUATION AND AWARD: Award is made at the sole discretion of the solicitation issuing Department. Maricopa County reserves the right to award in full or in part to a single vendor or multiple vendors. Contract duration: 2 years Contract renewal: 4 annual renewals
