The project located at the Howells-Dodge Elementary School (in Dodge, NE) is as follows: Project consists of a 10,500 sf new addition and minor interior renovation in the existing school. work to include: concrete foundations, concrete floors, masonry, structural and misc steel, rough and finish carpentry, casework, insulation, roofing, flashings, sealants, aluminum storefront doors / windows, interior doors, tile, resilient and carpet flooring, drywall, ACT, paint and other interior finishes, misc specialties, site concrete, fire sprinkler, mechanical and electrical systems. The Owner shall have the right to reject any or all bids and to reject a bid not accompanied by any requiring bid security or by other data required by the bidding documents; or to reject a bid which is in any way incomplete or irregular and to waive any informalities in any proposal.
