Furnishing, delivery and installation of Miscellaneous Projects for the Ocean County Library System, Interiors Alterations at Various Locations (Lacey Library> Little Egg Harbor Library, Manchester Library, Point Pleasant Library, Toms River Library, Barnegat Library) If printed documents or USB drive are to be mailed, the Architect must receive a Federal Express, UPS or Express Mail account number for mailing along with complete street address, phone and fax numbers, a $25.00 handling charge and the $ 125.00 per set of printed Contract Documents or $50.00 for the USB drive payable to the Architect (certified check or money order) prior to mailing. Specifications are also available for viewing purposes only at the Ocean County Library, Facilities Department, 101 Washington Street, Toms River, NJ 08753. Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of N,J,S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. and P.L. 1975 C. 127 (N.J.A.C. 17:27-1 et seq.) regarding equal employment opportunities and with the requirements of P.L. 1977 C.33 regarding corporate and/or partnership ownership. Bid bond is required, Project Schedule: Project to be awarded on or about August 10, 2021, conshuction commencement to begin on or about August 30, 2021, and be 100% completed within 90 calendar days of issuance of building permit. Request for Information/Clarifications/Addendums: As per state regulations, an Addendum will be issued (7) working days prior to the bid due date, if needed.
