Reference Number AB-2021-04158 Provide materials, labour and equipment for sloped roof maintenance, as described herein, or as necessary to complete the work. .1 Any work required to reinstate roofs to their operational state. .2 Any damage to adjacent areas of the roofs shall be brought to the attention of Civida. .3 Remove, repair or replace roof shingles, sheathing, eaves protection, underlayment, attic exhaust vents, flashings, collars on plumbing vent stacks and collars on all other exhaust vents, and drip edging. .4 Inspect the condition of existing attic insulation and baffles. .5 Inspect the condition of existing sheathing and structure upon removal of existing roof materials. .6 Repair/replaced rotten, damaged and deficient soffit and fascia. .7 All components used to repair and replace roofing materials shall be at least the equivalent to those replaced and meet current ABC. .8 Any repair work that is outside the scope of work shall be recorded and brought to the attention of Civida. .9 Visually inspect roofs for failure, deficiencies and damage, and report back to Civida. .10 Dispose of construction debris and associated materials as directed by Civida. .11 Comply with ABC and CAN/CSA standards.
