Failure to pre-register will result in the Proponents Representative being refused access to the site. BGIS will contact all Proponents that register and confirm the site visit time in the case when there are multiple site visit times. A maximum of one representative of each Proponent, or its authorized representative, are permitted to attend the site visit. Attendees will meet the BGIS Representative at National Printing Bureau - 45 Blv Sacre Coeur, Gatineau, Qc. BGIS will contact all Bidders that register and confirm the site visit time in the case when there are multiple site visit times. All individuals attending the site visit must bring their Protective Equipment (PPE) such as safety shoes/boots, safety vests, hard hats, safety glasses, etc. Individuals without the appropriate PPE will not be permitted to access the site. COVID-19 Site Specific Safety Plans and social distancing must be adhered to. Masks must be worn for the duration of the site visit. Repair West and East entrance sidewalk. The repairs consist of chipping deteriorated and cracked areas and pouring new sidewalks. A comprehensive study to determine the repair areas will need to be completed as part of this project. Any full depth repairs will have the opportunity to redo the grade underneath the sidewalk.
