From chaining 1 + 073 - 1 + 087 the leveling of the existing paving and the laying of a surface layer. From chaining 1 + 087 - 2 + 200 spraying of the paving to a thickness of 300mm; reloading 100 mm thick crushed stone; reloading of shoulders; laying of bituminous mix to a thickness of 100 mm in two layers. As well as the improvement of the roadway drainage which includes the reshaping and construction of ditches over a total length of 85 m and the replacement of existing culverts. Only contractors having an establishment in Quebec or, where an intergovernmental agreement is applicable, in a province covered by this agreement, and holding, where applicable, an appropriate construction contractor's license issued by the Régie des Quebec construction companies.
