Renovation of a municipal facility in Yellowknife, Northwest Territories. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
A complete review of all Patching for cracked stucco. Some of the exterior stucco panels are beginning to crack. They should be repaired with filler before The damage gets any worse. Some of the exterior stucco panels have been fixed under O&M but now more panels are beginning to crack. They should be repaired with filler before the damage gets any worse. If the cracks persist, many parts of the stucco exterior will have to be replaced far ahead of their expected 40 year lifespan. This is based on BPR inspection of 2018 and RP Component life extension [01.3-040C36 Exterior Wall - Stucco]. As a minimum this project should address air leakage and thermal bridging deficiencies, identified in the Carbon Neutral Study and Thermographic Study. By submitting our response to this solicitation, we confirm that we have read and agree to comply with the terms and conditions of this ITT, and we agree to provide, upon request, all documentation without modification as defined in this ITT. BGIS reserves the right to reject our submission should BGIS fail to receive the required documentation.
