Estimated cost is $300-$400 per culvert replacement A Bid Bond, in the form of cashier's check or certified check payable to Greene Township, and in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the bidder's maximum price shall be required. The successful bidder will be required to supply Performance and Payment Bonds each in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the estimated contract price. A non-collusion affidavit is required for this bid. Requests for clarification are due Friday, July 9, 2021 5:00:00 PM [(UTC-05:00) Eastern Time (US & Canada)]. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. The Contractor shall furnish all of the materials and perform all of the work described in the Contract Documents titled Coldsmith Road and White Church Road Culvert Replacements, prepared by H.F. Lenz Co., Consulting Engineers, 1407 Scalp Avenue, Johnstown, Pennsylvania, 15904, acting as and referred to in these Contract Documents as the Engineer, and shall do everything required by this Agreement and Contract Documents.
