Capital Area Transit (CAT) located in Harrisburg, PA, is soliciting bids for the Middletown Train Station Parking Lot Camera and Revenue Control Systems project at 460 Main Street, Middletown, PA 17057. Bid documents, available by contacting CAT's Project Manager, includes a Project Manual, specifications, and construction plans and details. The deadline for bid submissions is 10:00am (EST) on July 16, 2021. Deliver bids to CAT, ATTN: Rich Farr, 901 N. Cameron St., Harrisburg, PA 17105. All bids will be publicly opened and read aloud at this time and date. CAT encourages the use of Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) in all contracts. Any certified DBE'S proposed by the contractor must be fully utilized with adequate documentation provided by the selected contractor to satisfy federal and PennDOT requirements. CAT's overall goal for DBE participation is 3.13%. A separate contract goal has not been established for this procurement. Federal Prevailing Wage Rates are required for this project. CAT reserves the right to reject any or all bids. All bid phase questions must be written and directed to Scott Schriner, PE, CCM, Gannett Fleming, Inc. at sschriner@gfnet.com using the Bidder's Requests for Interpretation form provided in the Project Manual. CAT is soliciting bids from qualified contractors for the CAT Parking Lot Camera and Revenue Control Systems project located at 460 Main Street, Middletown, PA. FAILURE TO EXECUTE ALL MANDATORY DOCUMENTS WILL RENDER THE BID NON-REPONSIVE - Check carefully!!! The Contractor shall indemnify, keep, and save harmless the Owner, its agents, officials, and employees against all injuries, deaths, losses, damages, claims, suits, liabilities, judgements, costs, and expenses, which may accrue against the Procuring Agency arising out of, or resulting from, the contractor's acts or omissions, including acts or omissions of its employees, servants, and agents.
