To accomplish this goal, the anticipated rehabilitation methods will include, full depth asphalt milling, full depth reconstruction (select areas), re-shape and re-compact existing limerock base, 2 asphalt pavement paving, and new parking lot signage and pavement markings. The overall surface lot grade is anticipated to raise slightly following the rehabilitation; however, existing curbs, utilities and storm drainage structures will be protected. As a good corporate citizen JAA fully supports the usage of SBE on JAA projects. We encourage our business partners to maximize the utilization of SBEs at every opportunity. This project will be bid as a single contract. Bid prices may be held for up to 90 days.
