Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Jacksonville, Florida. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.

Question must be submitted in writing to Andrew Samberg at the above address or preferably e-mail (Andrew.samberg@rsandh.com) by July 8, 2021, 5:00PM Project consists of the rehabilitation of the existing Daily Surface Lot to restore its condition, improve overall pavement life, and enhance the overall parking experience at JIA. To accomplish this goal, the anticipated rehabilitation methods will include, full depth asphalt milling, full depth reconstruction (select areas), re-shape and re-compact existing limerock base, 2 asphalt pavement paving, and new parking lot signage and pavement markings. The overall surface lot grade is anticipated to raise slightly following the rehabilitation; however, existing curbs, utilities and storm drainage structures will be protected. As a good corporate citizen JAA fully supports the usage of SBE on JAA projects. We encourage our business partners to maximize the utilization of SBEs at every opportunity. This project will be bid as a single contract. Bid prices may be held for up to 90 days.
