Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Marietta, Georgia. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; water / sewer project; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
Project consists of various improvements on Lower Roswell Road, from Woodlawn Drive to Davidson Road, which include realignment of a segment of roadway, turn lanes, medians, bicycle lanes, sidewalk to the north side and a multi-use trail to the south side. Cobb County Water System Work is also included in this project. Project Duration: The time allowed for performance of the project will be 730 days from issuance of Notice to Proceed. Bid Bond shall be drawn in favor of the Board of Commissioners, Cobb County, Georgia, in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid for the complete work. The time allowed for performance of the project will be 730 days from issuance of Notice to Proceed. The Cobb County Board of Commissioners reserves the right to reject all bids and to waive formalities. Any claims for cost incurred by any Bidder in preparation of any part of or total package for this project will not be considered for reimbursement by Cobb County.
