Renovation of a parking garage in Le Mars, Iowa. Completed plans call for the renovation of a parking garage.
DOT is seeking a contractor to provide all equipment, materials and labor needed to clean and prepare roof area per plans and manufacturer requirements to patch membrane in section where membrane has been damaged at the LeMars DOT Maintenance Facility. Work to also include filling the cracks on remaining membrane on dome. Reference plans, photos and membrane specifications in the attachment section of the proposal. Project to begin as quickly as possibly upon award and be completed on or before August 13, 2021. This is project is exempt from state sales tax. Question Cutoff Date 6/25/2021 09:00:00 PM (ET) 6/24/2021 2:00 PM (ET)- Non-Participation- Pre-bid Substitution Request It is the intent of the Iowa DOT to award the contract to the responsible bidder whose submitted quotation is the most advantageous to the Iowa DOT, cost and other factors considered. Other factors include, but are not limited to: meeting or exceeding mandatory requirements, proposed staffing, and meeting required time schedule. Until the contract is awarded the sole point of contact for this project is Julie Randall (see bid contact information). Any and all questions related to this project included during a site visit are to be submitted to Julie Randall in writing preferably through Electronically.
